## What is Unisn Labs?

Unisn Labs is an AI-powered communication platform designed to support people who stutter. It gives users tools to prepare what they want to say, hear a synchronized second voice, practice presentations, save difficult words and phrases, and use wearable devices for more discreet communication support.

## How does Unisn Labs work?

Users can type or prepare what they want to say, choose a voice and speaking speed, and have Unisn Labs read the words back to them. The user can then speak along with the generated voice. This is designed around the concept of choral speech, where speaking simultaneously with another voice may help some people speak more fluently.

## Is Unisn Labs speech therapy?

No. Unisn Labs is a communication and fluency-support tool and is not intended to replace a licensed speech-language pathologist, medical treatment, or professional speech therapy. Users can use Unisn Labs alongside speech therapy or independently as a communication tool.

## Who is Unisn Labs for?

Unisn Labs is primarily designed for people who stutter, especially those who want additional support during situations such as everyday conversations, presentations, job interviews, school, work meetings, introductions, public speaking, and difficult words or phrases.

## What is Daily Mode?

Daily Mode is designed for everyday communication. Users can quickly type a phrase or sentence and have Unisn Labs generate a second voice they can speak along with.

## What is Presentation Mode?

Presentation Mode allows users to prepare and practice longer speeches or presentations. Users can upload or enter their presentation content, generate synchronized speech, practice slide-by-slide, and record themselves presenting.

## What is the Word Bank?

The Word Bank allows users to save words or phrases they frequently struggle with. Users can quickly access them later and hear Unisn Labs pronounce them at their preferred speed.

## What voice does Unisn Labs use?

Unisn Labs uses one carefully tuned voice at a natural pace, so the second voice is easy to speak along with. Additional voice personalization may be added over time.

## Can I record myself?

Yes. Unisn Labs supports presentation and camera recording features so users can practice, review, and improve their speaking. Depending on the feature being used, recordings may also be exported.

## Does Unisn Labs work with Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses?

Wearable integration is being developed for supported smart glasses, including Meta Ray-Ban Display. The goal is to allow users to type what they want to say on their phone and send it directly to their glasses. The glasses can then display the words privately, act as a personal teleprompter, play the synchronized Unisn Labs voice, and allow the user to read, hear, and speak along.

## How will I connect my Meta glasses?

Users will sign into Unisn Labs normally on their phone. The glasses can then be paired with the user's Unisn Labs account using a temporary pairing code. Once connected, users should not need to log into Unisn Labs directly through the glasses every time.

## Do I need Meta glasses to use Unisn Labs?

No. Unisn Labs can be used without wearable devices. Wearable functionality is an additional feature available through higher subscription tiers.

## What are the Unisn Labs subscription plans?

Unisn Labs I - Basic includes the core communication tools, such as Daily Mode, Presentation Mode, Word Bank, AI voice, recording, saved phrases, and other core features. Unisn Labs II - Wearables includes everything in Unisn Labs I plus supported wearable integrations, including the Meta Ray-Ban Display experience. Unisn Labs III - 24/7 Assistance includes everything in Unisn Labs I and II plus advanced, always-available AI communication assistance.

## What does 24/7 AI assistance mean?

Unisn Labs III is designed to provide an always-available AI communication assistant. Future capabilities may include suggested responses, alternative wording, conversation prompts, interview assistance, presentation assistance, help answering unexpected questions, and context-aware communication support. The goal is to give users access to communication assistance whenever they need it.

## Is the 24/7 assistance a human service?

No. Unisn Labs III is designed around AI-powered assistance rather than human agents.

## Can Unisn Labs help me during a job interview?

Yes. Users can prepare responses beforehand, save important phrases, practice answers, and use supported wearable features to discreetly view and hear prepared communication. Future AI-assistance features are also being designed to support more dynamic interview situations.

## Can Unisn Labs help with presentations?

Yes. Presentation support is one of Unisn Labs' main use cases. Users can prepare scripts, work through content slide-by-slide, hear a synchronized voice, record practice sessions, and use wearable displays as a private teleprompter.

## Can I save phrases I use frequently?

Yes. Users can save common phrases so they do not have to type them repeatedly. For example, introductions, work responses, school phrases, ordering food, phone numbers, presentation openings, and difficult sentences.

## Will Unisn Labs work on my phone?

Yes. Unisn Labs is designed to work through its web/mobile experience, with wearable integrations available as an additional layer.

## Will Unisn Labs work with other smart glasses?

Meta Ray-Ban Display is one of the first wearable integrations being explored, but the broader goal is to make Unisn Labs compatible with additional smart glasses, wearable displays, earbuds, watches, and future assistive devices.

## Does Unisn Labs guarantee that I will not stutter?

No. Every person who stutters is different, and results can vary. Unisn Labs does not guarantee fluency or specific outcomes. It is designed to provide another communication option and additional support when speaking.

## Is my information private?

## Can I cancel my subscription?
